A Thank You

IMG_6683I love new diaries.  Their blank pages are filled with hope. The tantalising invitation to plan your dreams and the certainty you have all the time you need to put your plans into action.  It’s a new start and, as always, I’ve been filled with the thought that, this year, I may just turn into that Mary Poppins figure who never procrastinates, is always on time and who never forgets that it’s ‘Fruity Friday’ and my boys are supposed to arrive at school clutching a pound and wearing the colours of a banana, bizarre I know but it helps fund the daily fresh fruit supply.

As the ‘queen of lists’ I know I’ll be making a fresh batch to tackle the chores but before I do I’m taking a moment to reflect on the good bits of the last year and say a sincere thank you. There are so many of you in the ‘virtual’ world who take the time to read my posts, share a friendly comment, chat on twitter, help me with articles and support me in a variety of ways and I’m truly grateful. So, whatever the new year has in store, I would like to wish you a happy and healthy 2014 where, at least some, of your personal dreams come true.
